Ingredients

1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 medium red onion
1 cup celery
1-15oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
1-15ox can white con
1/5 cup jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Directions
Dice all peppers, onion and celery into small pieces, add corn and beans.
Boil salt, pepper, vinegar, water and oil for about 2 minutes let cool.
Combine ingredients and Chill for at least one hour(better if left overnight)
Serve with Frito's Scoops/Tostito's Scoop or a chip of you chose and enjoy.
