Introduction

The same good egg in a hole, but a bit skinnier! The Tony Chachere's seasoning is like spicy seasoned salt. If you don't have it, get it. It makes EVERYTHING better! Ingredients

    1 slice whitewheat bread
    1 large egg
2 tsp smart balance buttery spread
    Butter flavored PAM
1/4 tsp Tony Chachere's Original seasoning

Directions

Cut a hole in your bread with a cup or round cookie cutter. Get your pan hot and put in 1 tsp butter spread. Also spray with Butter flavored PAM. Put in your bread and let it toast a bit. Then, flip it over. Add 1 tsp butter spread to the pan and more PAM spray in the hole. Then crack the egg into the hole in the bread. After a few minutes when the egg seems to have set about halfway, give the bread a quick spritz with Pam and flip it all carefully. Cook until desired doneness. Sprinkle with Tony's. Yum, yum, yum!

This makes 1 serving and is great for breakfast.
