Introduction

This is a sugar-free rendition of an old family favorite.
I used a food processor to chop all ingredients, so it only took less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

    2 cups (1 bag) whole cranberries, chopped
    2 medium red apples, cored and chopped
    1 medium orange, with peel*, chopped
    3/4 cup English walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 cups Splenda (or to taste)

    *My family usually peels half the orange, but I like the whole peel left on for more orange flavor and color.

Directions

Stir all together and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors and allow cranberries to sweeten.
Makes about 8 1/2-cup servings.
