Introduction

This is made with Maple Sausage but you can use regular sausage and add maple syrup. Ingredients

    1 package (16oz) Jimmy Dean Maple Breakfast Sausage
    Pillsbury Biscuits (in dairy case at grocery store) 8-10
    2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh onions or (3/4 TB minced dry onion)
    4-6 Tablespoons flour
    2 cans-12 oz fluid Evaporated Non Fat Milk
    1 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven and cook Biscuits.

Combine sausage and onion in large skillet, cook over meduim-low heat stirring occasionaly until sauage is no longer pink, drain/blot any grease.
Stir in flour, mix well, stir in milk and water
Stir occassionaly until mixture comes to a boil.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately over biscuits

ENJOY refrigerate or freeze any leftover gravy
