Ingredients

1.5-2 cups left over gravy.
1 cup portabello mushrooms (may use your favorite)
8 ounces chope turkey breast into bite size pieces about (may add more if desired)
One cup silk milk (may use cream or regular milk)
8 ounces penne noodles (may use favorite pasta)
1 - 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese 2%
Directions
One service = 1 cup. Makes approximately 6 one cup servings.
Preheat over to 350-375 degrees.
Cook favorite pasta noodles (penne) as instructed on package. Drain and set aside
Place left over gravy into non-stick skillet.
Add mushrooms, chopped turkey breast, milk, pasta and bring to a boil. Add mozzarella cheese, stir and then place all ingredients into a glass baking dish.
Cover remainder of ingredients with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered @ 350-375 for 15 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot.
