Ingredients

Green bell pepper, 2 medium sized
Lemon, 1 small to medium sized
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Cut the bell peppers into large pieces, throwing out the core, seeds, and stem. Put them into a medium bowl. Squeeze the lemon into the bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Create two aluminum foil packages and place the bell peppers in them. I use two packages to make it easy to carry to the grill. Spoon everything remaining in the bowl onto the bell peppers. Cover the packages with one layer of aluminum foil.

Grill for 12 minutes. Do not turn them over. Serve and enjoy!
