Ingredients

    3 large Yukon Gold Potaotes, about 3 lbs
    Celery, 2 stalks
    red onion, small, diced
    Dill weed, fresh, .1/4 cup chopped and packed
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 T
    Lemon Juice, 1 T
    Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Salt (dash)
    Black Pepper (dash)

Directions

Makes 12 servings (about 1/2 cup)

1. cut potatoes into cubes
2. put potatoes into slightly salted water 'til just covered, boil 'til fork tender
3. while potatoes are cooking: cut up celery and onions into small pieces, toss into bowl
add mayo, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper and stir
4. after draining potatoes pour into bowl with other ingredients
5. stir and serve!
