Introduction
This is a yummy delicious version of the common breakfast sandwich with a healthy twist. These are so yummy, healthy, quick, and easy! Who knew such a thing existed?! Kids will love these as well! I personally don't like the taste of egg beaters by themselves, so I do half & half with real eggs. But feel free alter the eggs to cut more calories!! Ingredients
-
1/2 C. Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
2 Large Eggs
8 oz Sara Lee Mesquite Smoked Turkey (warm or cold)
4 Arnold Multi Grain Sandwich thins
4-.5 oz Swiss cheese (Or your favorite low fat/fat free cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Helpful Hint: I usually make 4-6 sandwiches at a time. Then wrap them individually for an quick grap and go breakfast or mid-day snack! Sometimes I make them with Turkey sausage or bacon. I don't eat pork, but I sure it is also great with lean ham as well! Just keep in mind the nutrional value may change.
