Ingredients

    3 Tablespoons Nayonnaise (soy mayonnaise)
    1/4 cup Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 6 oz. cans chunk light tuna, in water
    1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
    1/4 cup chopped water chestnut slices
    2 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. Minced dried onions
    Black pepper
    salt

Directions

Boil two eggs, discard yolks and chop whites.

Chop dill pickles and water chestnuts. Mix into 2 cans of chunk light tuna, add 3 tablespoons soy mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp. grey poupon mustard. Add salt, pepper, and minced dried onions to taste. Mix together and chill.
