Number of Servings: 4


    2 Tbsp olive oil
    12 ounces salmon or chicken if prefer
    2 C. Classico tomato basil spagetti sauce
    16 pitted Kalamata olives
    1Tbsp capers
    1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
    8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Optional ... red pepper flakes, fresh chopped basil


Cook Pasta while preping and cooking rest.
Remove skin from salmon, cut into cubes. saute in skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes, add next 3 ingredients and simmer, cook atitional 5 minutes or till salmon is done. Arrange 1C. cooked pasta on each plate and top with salmon and sauce as well as 1 Tbsp cheese.
