Introduction

Ingredients

1 head cabbage - chopped into very small pieces
2-3 cups chicken breast - cooked with a tsp. minces garlic and diced
2-3 packages top ramen noodles - without the seasonings, crushed
1 medium onion - chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup whole almonds
1/2 cups sesame seeds
3-4 Tbsp powdered chicken broth
Dressing:
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
Directions
1) Chop cabbage and onion into large mixing bowl, cover and put in fridge.
2) Toast top ramen, almonds and sesame seeds with the butter in a skillet until lightly browned.
3) Add the powdered chicken broth and mix until all toasted mix is thoroughly coated. Cool mix completely.
4) Mix up dressing until smooth.
5) add toasted mix and dressing to cabbage and stir thoroughly.
NOTE: If you are making this salad ahead of time, wait to add the toasted mix until just before serving or it will get soggy.
Serving Size: about 1 cup
