Ingredients
-
Pumpkin, canned, without salt - 850 grams, large can
Western Family Fat Free Whipped Topping - 50 tbsp, entire container
Hunt's Snack Pack Fat Free Tapioca Pudding - 4 servings
Honey - 1/4 cup
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Pumpkin Pie spice - 2 tsp
I had pumpkin honey from a local farm. I also used true vanilla to add flavor. Using 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice makes for moderately strong flavor. For a milder flavor, only use 1 tsp of the spice mix.
Directions
Put your 1/4 cup measure in very hot water.
Empty can of pumpkin into large bowl. Add 8 ounce container of whipped topping and 4 snack packs of pudding. After putting in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice, mix well.
Then take the measuring cup that will now be warm. Get out your honey and pour the 1/4 cup around the blend in the mixing bowl. Then stir the honey in very well.
Put the resulting blend in the freezer for one hour. You can also freeze it hard and eat it when it thaws to your liking.
