Introduction

This is a lower calorie version of my favorite Southern Pecan Pie This is a lower calorie version of my favorite Southern Pecan Pie
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
    1 c packed brown sugar
    1 c light corn syrup
    2/3 c Quaker quick oats
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    1 T butter - melted
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t salt
    2 large eggs - beaten
    2 large egg whites - beaten




Directions

Preheat Oven to 350
Spray pie pan with PAM.
Roll dough slightly larger than pie pan on waxed paper then place in pie pan and use your thumb to press the edges around.

Mix all other ingredients by hand and pour into crust.

Place in oven and IMMEDIATELY reduce heat to 325.

Cook for 50 minutes (check in case your oven is hot at 45).

* You can further reduce the calories by using Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
