Introduction

Fresh Fruit, plus one can of pineapple chunks plus juice. Fresh Fruit, plus one can of pineapple chunks plus juice.

Ingredients

    2 pears - peeled and cut into chunks,
    2 small apples with skins left on cut into chunks
    (1 red and one green makes a prettier salad),
    2 small oranges-peeled and cut into chunks,
    2 small bananas peeled and sliced,
    1 can of pineapple chunks with juice.

Directions

peel and cut up fruit into bite size pieces, leave skin on apples for color, open can of pineapple chunks and pour over fruit. put in fridge until cold or serve immediately - up to your taste if you like it cold or room temp. Enjoy.

You can substitute or add any of your favorites (Kiwi, Mango, etc. if you want additional color or keep adding, but check the calculator to get the best figures on calories)
