    2 garkic cloves, 1c celery chopped ,.5 c grated carrot, 1c diced onion, 1c each diced red and green pepper, 1c mushrooms, 1 28 oz canned tomato broken up, 650ml classico fire roasted tomato & garlic sauce, 1tbspeach oregano, paprika, chili, 2 tbsp basil
