    Great Value Black Beans (dry, 32 oz)
    Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 8 cups
    Archer Farms Organic Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, 5 serving choped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    onion, raw, diced, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Fresh apple- peeled and chopped
    Brown Rice, 1 cup dry


Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse
Begin cooking beans in broth
Season with garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
While beans are cooking, saute veggies in olive oil. Add to beans.
Add apple and sausage
Cook for an hour over medium heat. Add water as needed.
An hour before serving, add rice.
