    5 Packages Miracle Noodles- Angel Hair
    1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers, chopped finely
    3 ea Scallions, chopped finely
    3 cup Napa & Red Cabbage, finely shredded
    1 cup Mushrooms, chopped finely
    1 cup Spinach, chiffonade

    2 tbsp White & Black Sesame Seeds
    .25 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter- Whipped
    .25 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
    .25 Sesame Oil
    .25 cup Lite Soy Sauce
    .25 Canola Oil
    .25 cup Splenda
    1/4 tsp Cayenne
    1 Tbsp Hot Sauce


1. Rinse noodles under cold water and set aside to drain.
2. Combine vegetables in a bowl and set aside.
3. Whisk together ingredients for dressing.
4. Add noodles to vegetables and toss with clean hands to combine.
5. Add dressing to noodle mixture and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

** Garnish with Roasted Peanuts- not in nutrition count.
