Introduction

I made this sald with left over roast chicken. It can be put on top of salad greens or on whole wheat bread. Serve with a vegi if making a sand. because there is already an apple in the salad. Ingredients

    1/2- roasted chicken (bone and skin removed)
    1/4-cup fat free mayo
    1/4- light sour cream
    2- celery stalks choppped
    1- large apple cored and cubed
    1/4- chopped pecans
    1/2- tsp thyme, rosemary, whatever good herb you have

Directions

Shred chicken and place in bowl.
Place all other ingredients in the bowl, mix up with a spoon until combined.
I like to make mine the night before... but It would be good right away!
