Ingredients

    2 cups of almond meal or ground almonds
    1 cup ZSweet or your choice of artificial sweetener
    1 tbsp apple pie spice
    1 large egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in food processor and pulse until it forms a ball. For each cookie, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough to form a one-inch ball - place on cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat. Flatten with your hand to about 1/4 inch thickness. Bake 12 minutes.
