Ingredients

1 apple cored, 1 leaf of Kale, approx. 1/2 lemon for juice, 1 tlb spoon of ground flax seed, water (I put in @ 10 oz), a couple of ice cubes if you like it chilled.
Directions
Super easy to make.
Put all ingredients in a blender:
Cut and core 1 apple, take 1 leaf of kale roughly torn up, 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 Tbl spoon of ground flax seed (we need those Omega 3's), and add 8- 16 oz water to your preferred beverage consistency. Blend til smooth. You can also add some ice cubes to chill it up. I drank it all for breakfast. Or a mid day snack. It's probably a good 2 servings but the nutrition info is for the whole beverage.
