    - bell pepper, of choice, chopped
    -green onions, chopped
    -ripe tomato, chopped
    -broccoli, chopped
    - red onion, chopped
    -zucchini squash, chopped
    -cucumber, chopped

    Add as much or as little of each as you like.
    Add salt and pepper for taste.
    Dressing of choice.
