Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lbs peeled and deveined large shrimp
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    3 cups wheat pasta

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic (minced), saute 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.

2. Add lemon juice, salt, and apepper; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, and add cilantro.

YIELD: 3 Servings (serving size: about 1 cup)
