    2 LARGE WHITE ONIONS- YELLOW IS FINE, TOO
    DICED GARLIC TO TASTE
    DRIED ITALIAN SEASONING TO TASTE
    DRIED BASIL AND OREGANO TO TASTE
    KOSHER SALT TO TASTE
    1/4 TSP CRUSHED HOT PEPPER FLAKES

BROWN TURKEY IN OLIVE OIL AND BREAK INTO SMALL CLUMPS-NO NEED TO DRAIN
ADD ALL SEASONINGS DURING BROWNING- DO NOT BURN!
ADD 3 CUPS WATER TO TURKEY AND COOK FOR 30 MINUTES (THIS SOFTENS AND FLAVOR MEAT)
ADD ALL TOMATOES AND STIR WELL
COOK FOR ON MED-LOW 1 HOUR
ADD ONIONS AND COOK ANOTHER HOUR
CHECK EVERY 20 MINUTES AND STIR OR YOU COULD PUT THIS IN A CROCK POT FOR 4 HOURS
