Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Bunch Kale (about 3 cups)
    1/4 Bunch Parsley (about 1/2 cup)
    1/2 Lemon
    1 cup frozen fruit (oranges, pineapple & mango is best)
    2 Tbsp fresh ginger
    2 banana's
    1 cup apple juice
    3-4 packets stevia
    fill blender with water.

Directions

Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. We have a Vita Mix, so we can fit the whole thing in one pitcher, but if you have a regular blender, you may have to do it in parts.
