*Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup
CELEBRITY Canadian Bacon (Fat-Free, Less Sodium)- 3 pcs, 1.5 serving
2% Milk Natural Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, 1.5 cup
*Canned, Pineapple Tidbits (discard syrup and rinse), 1 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Makes 1 Medium, Thin Crust Pizza with 8 Slices
1) Pre-heat oven to 450F.
2) Dust counter top with whole wheat flour and also, your rolling pin. Knead the whole wheat dough for 5 minutes. Then, form a ball shape/ round shape using two hands. Use rolling pin to form your pizza crust.
3) Spray pizza pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray. Then toss in your pizza dough.
4) In a small bowl, mix spaghetti sauce and No Salt alternative. Using a ladle, spread the spaghetti sauce evenly on the pizza dough.
5) Add the cheese. Then Canadian bacon. Then, pineapple. Spread evenly.
6) Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Then, pop in the oven.
7) Cook until dough is cooked.
