Introduction

Ingredients

20 oz ground turkey (93% lean)
1 lg onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
garlic powder
2 tbs chili powder
1 pkg LOW SODIUM Taco Seasoning
1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch DIP mix
2 cans (8-10oz) mexican style diced tomatoes* Do not drain
*(I use Ro-Tel brand: 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilis and 1 can Diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro)
1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1 can (15.5 oz) Spicy Chili Beans (pinto)
1 can (15.5 oz) whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can (4 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Green Chilis
Directions
Spray stock pot. Brown turkey and onion. Add garlic powder to taste. Drain. Add taco seasoning mix and HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DIP PACKET to meat. Add 1/4 cup red wine and mix. Add all canned ingredients into pot. Stir. Add in the chili powder and chopped garlic. Simmer for 30 minuets to an hour.
