    2 cups dry beans
    4 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
    2 cans tomato sauce, no salt added
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pound lean ground turkey, browned
    cayenne pepper
    black pepper
    chili powder
    onion powder
    crushed red peppers
    1/2 can diet coke

    soak dry beans in crock pot in 8 cups of water on high for 3 hours, or low all day

    drain beans and rinse

    brown ground turkey

    mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low


makes about 12 one and a half cup servings
