Introduction

I got this in a flyer at WalMart. I got this in a flyer at WalMart.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 pounds, one-inch boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4" strips
    4 cups (total) assorted fresh veggies: broccoli florets, pea pods, shredded or sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, etc.
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup prepared stir-fry sauce
    1/8 - 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
    3 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions

1. Combine vegetables and 3 Tbsp water in large non-stick skillet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Remove and drain.
2. Heat same pan over medium-high heat until hot. add half of the beef strips and half of the minced garlic; stir-fry 1 - 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove. Repeat with remaining beef and garlic.
3. Return all beef and vegetables to pan. Add stir-fry sauce and red pepper. Heat through.
4. Spoon over rice. Sprinkle with dry roasted peanuts as garnish if desired.
