    (4) Cups Ore Ida Country Style Frozen Hash Browns
    (2) Cups Diced Extra Lean Cooked Ham
    3/4 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
    3/4 Cup Diced Onion
    2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    (1) Cup Liguid Edd Substitute
    (1) Cup HeartSmart Bisquick
    (3) Cups Non-Fat Milk
    Salt and Pepper to Taste


Spray a 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray.
Layer Hash Browns, Ham. Bell Peppers, Onions and (1) cup of cheese in pan.
In a large bowl mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk until blended and pour over the layers. Sprinkle the remaining (1) cup of cheese over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but not more than 24 hours.
Bake uncovered approximately 40-45 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
Let stand10 minutes
