Ingredients
-
1 10oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 10 oz jar marashino cherries(drained)
2 8 oz bricks cream cheese , reduced fat (softened)
1 4oz can pinepple tidbits/chunks (drained)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
coconut (optional)
Directions
servings are about 3/4 cup each
In a large bowl, mix both packages of cream cheese with a mixer until smooth; set aside. After you've opened the cherries, oranges, and pineapple, make sure they are drained well. Otherwise, your salad will be more of a soup. I take the oranges and cherries and put them through a noodle strainer to make sure i get it all. I then take a knife and cut them into smaller pieces, and then add the pineapple. Mix the fruit into the cream cheese, followed by the walnuts and sugar. Splenda also works well. If you want , add some coconut. Yum!
