    1/4 scallions
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 c carrot
    1 c button mushrooms
    1 c zucchini
    1 c spinach
    1/2 corn

    1/2 c rice
    1 quart mushroom Broth
    1 can diced tomato
    1 sprig rosemary


Directions

Brown first four ingredients in 1 tsp olive oil Add broth and rest of ingredients. Season to taste.
