Ingredients

    CASSEROLE:
    1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
    1 cup (8 oz.) low fat sour cream
    2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup light margarine, melted
    2 lbs. shredded hash brown potatoes

    TOPPING:
    1/4 cup light margarine, melted
    2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions

Mix casserole ingredients together. Place in greased slow cooker. Stir topping ingredients together; place on top of casserole mixutre. Cook on high for 4 hours or until done.

Makes about 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
