    1-2 C Soy cream
    4 TBSP Curry
    3-4 C Canned Pumpkin
    1/2 C Earth Balance
    1 Onion

Directions

Dice and saute onions in earth balance.

In a stock pot bring all remaining ingredients to a simmer, add cooked onions and enjoy!
