Ingredients

    Topping:
    ½ cup margarine or butter
    2 pkgs ramen noodles-broken up (discard seasoning packet)
    ½ cup slivered almonds
    ¼ cup sesame seeds

    Greens:
    5 green onions-sliced
    1 large bag(20+oz spinach leaves)
    2-3 hearts romaine lettuce—sliced/chopped

    Dressing:
    ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
    1 cup canola oil
    2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 cup sugar

Directions

Prepare Topping:
Melt butter/margarine and brown all topping ingredients in a small saucepan—set aside

Prepare Dressing:
Mix together all ingredients and set aside (warm for 30 seconds in microwave to facilitate mixing if necessary) J

Prepare Salad:
Just prior to serving, toss all ingredients together—Enjoy!
