Introduction

I found this receipe and then veganized it. They are super easy and you can add vegan chocolate chips to add some extra sweetness. I found this receipe and then veganized it. They are super easy and you can add vegan chocolate chips to add some extra sweetness.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 cup packed turbino sugar
    1 cup natural peanut butter

Directions

1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2 - Combine the apple sauce, sugar and peanut butter. Mix well. It might look too thick but don`t worry it will turn out fine.
3 - Roll the dough into small balls about the size of a silver dollar. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
4 - Bake for about 10 minutes and then check every 2 minutes to be sure not to over cook. Because of the apple sauce, they might take longer depending on your oven.
