I found this on Allrecipes.com It is an easy recipe, even for someone who has never made waffles from scratch. You can always replace the sugar with splenda, and the eggs with egg beaters. Ingredients

-Flour, white, 4 cup
-Baking Powder, 4 tsp
-Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
-Salt, 1 tsp
-Milk, nonfat, 4 cup
-Egg, fresh, 4 large
-Canola Oil, .25 cup
-Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
1-mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
2-Mix Milk, vanilla, eggs, and oil together
3-Add the wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix till smooth.
4-Preheat your waffle iron, and add 1/2 cup mixture of the batter.
Serve with your favorite syrup!
