Introduction

I am still using up ham leftovers from Christmas and what I have in the pantry. This is going in the crock pot and cooking while I'm at work. I am still using up ham leftovers from Christmas and what I have in the pantry. This is going in the crock pot and cooking while I'm at work.

Ingredients

    Ham, Ridge Creek Spiral Sliced Honey Ham, Fully Cooked, no glaze, 12 oz (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    *Del Monte "Fresh Cut" French Style Green Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut up potatoes in to small pieces. Add all ingredients to the crock pot. I do not drain any of the canned ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste ( I did not include them in this recipe). Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Makes approx. 8 servings.
