Ingredients

    Mix together -
    1.5 cups regular white flour
    .5 cups whole wheat flour
    1.5 tsp baking powder
.25 cups sugar - can use maple syurp sugar as subsitute

    In a separate bowl, combine
    1.5 cups milk
.5 cups 1/2 and 1/2 or heavy whipping cream
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    .25 cup honey
    4 Tbsp unsalted butter

Combine with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Directions

This mix should yeild approximatley 12 4"-5" diameter pancakes.

Using a 1/4 or 1/3 cup, pour mix on a hot griddle (I set mine at 375 to 400 degrees F). When small bubbles appear in the middle and pop without filling, it is time to flip - approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes depending on the griddle temp. Cook other side for approximately 1 - 1.5 minutes. remove to warming plate.
