Ingredients

    5 cups of cubed peeled potatoes
    5 cups of water
    2 cups of chopped onions
    1 cup of chopped celery
    1 cup of sliced carrts
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tsp chicken bouillion granules
    2 tsps salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    3 tbps fresh parsely
    3 tbps chives

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on HIGH for 7 hours.
