Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 Block Firm Tofu
    1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
    1/2 Cup Sesame oil
    3 Garlic Cloves finely Chopped
    1 cup of Scallions finely Chopped
    1 TBSP Cayenne Pepper

Directions

1 and 1/2 Block Firm Tofu cut into big rectangles brown both sides in a nonstick pan; then in a sauce pan add chopped scallions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and cayenne pepper. After browning Tofu add the tofu to the sauce pan and let simmer for about 10 to 15 mins and enjoy
