    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 45 grams (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Sucralose (like Splenda) granulated 1/4 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Milk, nonfat, .8 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    *Flour, white, 1 cup


mix dried fruit with a cup odf boiling water and baking soda (i like adding spices like ginger, cinammon, nutmeg, cardamom and some rum). Let sit a whole night.
Cream sugar with butter and applesauce, add flour, the egg i add some baking powder anda dash of salt.
Pour the batter into two bread molds and take it to preheated oven 40 minutes at 200 Celsius
