Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia)
    Endive, 4 head
    Grapes, 2 cup, seedless
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
    Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), .25 cup
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp

Directions

mix cream, yogurt and vinegar with salt and pepper
cut endive into 1" sections
slice apple thinly and add
add grapes and toasted pecans
toss with dressing and serve immediately
