Introduction

Delicious and NOT for dieting!! Delicious and NOT for dieting!!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced, mixed with
    2 tsp cinnamon and
    5 T. sugar

    Cream:
    4 Eggs
    2 cups sugar

    Mix in:
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 cup oil
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix separately then add to batter:
    3 cups flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes in greased & floured bundt or tube pan.

Layer 1/3 batter, half apples, 1/3 batter, 1/2 apples, remaining batter.
