Ingredients

    8 oz. Low fat cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup Finely grated carrot
    2 tbsp Finely chopped celery
    2 tbsp Minced onion
    2 tbsp Finely chopped green bell pepper
    2 tbsp Finely chopped cucumber
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    1/8 tsp White pepper
    1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

Makes 16 servings

Beat all ingredients at medium speed in mixing bowl until smooth. Chill, covered, for 1 hour. Serve at room temperature on bread or crackers.
