Ingredients

    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup shredded
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 small (6-3/8" long)
    Alfalfa sprouts
    Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)

Directions

Wash lettuce, tear into bite size pieces. Wash other vegetables, sprouts and combine with lettuce. Add desired dressing.
