Ingredients

    4 oz boneless skinless chicken, diced
    1/4 C onion
    1 cup green red bell pepper strips
    1/4 C bean sprouts
    3 oz Mushrooms
    1/2 C snow peas
    1 C broccoli
    2 tbsp soy ginger marinade or other Asian marinade
    1tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 C brown rice

Directions

Cut chicken into cubes or strips, marinade in the marinade sauce for 1hr. Blanch all vegetables in boiling water and set asaide. Add marinated chicken to hot saute pan for a couple of minutes. Add veggies and soy sauce, marinade 2 more minutes until done.

Serve with on top of brown rice.
