Ingredients

    Pork Meat (preferably with bones in) 3-4 pounds
    Chicken Broth 6 cups
    Hominy 2-30ounce cans
    Dried Pinto Beans 1-2 cups to taste
    Oregano 1 tsp.
    Dried chile peppers (4-6 inches long) 3-4 to taste
    Garlic 5 cloves
    Onions 2 cups chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Soften 3-4 dried mild red chiles in boiling water. Remove the stems and seeds. Blend in a food processor with the softening liquid, garlic, and enough water to make a smooth paste until finely ground. Cook all ingredients together skimming any foam that may arise. Check to make sure the beans are tender. This tastes better cooked with any bones that are in the meat.
