Introduction

I make this on Sunday evening to use for snacking on throughout the week. Very easy to use as a side dish with lunch or dinner as well. The lime is not strong and/or sour on the vegetables but gives it a great flavor mixed with the Oregano and salt. I make this on Sunday evening to use for snacking on throughout the week.
