Introduction

Layer 1/2 meat, eggplant, zucchini, cheese, then sauce. Layer all ingredients again. Cover with foil and cook at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for 15 minutes.     I'm not sure if the calculations are correct because just looking at the ingredients separately would not add up to as much as the calculator suggests, but this is WONDERFUL! And, I know it's very nutritional!
