Ingredients

    8 oz homestyle noodles (dry)
    8 oz turkey breast meat
    4 C water
    32 oz chicken broth, fat free and reduced sodium
    2 C grated carrots
    1/2 C peas
    1 small onion, diced finely and sweated
    1/4 C corn starch dissolved in 1/4 C water


Directions

Boil noodles in 4 cups water until tender. Add turkey, grated carrots, and broth. Bring back to a boil. Add corn starch-water mixture. Stir until thickened. Add onions and peas. Simmer 10 minutes more.

1 serving = 2 cups soup
